I’m a gardener for a living, with a compulsion for crochet in my spare time.

It was knitting I learned first, when a friend gave me a ‘knit-your-own hot water bottle kit’ for Christmas about four years ago.  I learned to crochet quickly after and have done the two fairly evenly since.  That is, until I decided to enrol on the International Diploma in Crochet last year, and now I mostly crochet.

This blog is an expression of the thoughts and experiments stimulated by this course, as well as other points of curiousity.
